Begin a conversationWe were doing this before it was called longevity. The practice began in 1994 as the Beresford Clinic, in what is now Trillium Health Partners, and it was the first integrative preventive medicine practice of its kind in Canada. We are still here, and most of the people we care for have stayed with us close to a decade. The median relationship runs 9.2 years.

For close to a decade, most have chosen to be seen here, and for fifteen years I have followed a single population of them closely enough to know what changes before it becomes a problem.
I won’t tell you who they are; discretion is part of what they pay for. I will only tell you that they keep coming back, and that people with those options do not return out of habit.

Our model
Physician-led,
not protocol-led.
The annual physical has become a product. A fixed set of tests, sold the same way to everyone, often on a protocol set at a head office you will never see and cannot change. And you may not meet the same doctor twice, because turnover is high.
That is not what we do, and never was. Here the physician comes before the protocol. Dr. Chin decides what your care contains, and she is the one who stays with you, year after year. You are not a file passed between rotating names. You are known.
